Floortastic installers are extensively trained and experienced in installing laminate, hardwood, bamboo and tile flooring.

Laminate Installation Includes:

*Walk through to determine condition of subfloor.
*Furniture moving in areas to be installed (excluding electronics).
*Removal and haul away of existing baseboards/quarter round.
*Installation of laminate flooring material.
*Installation of underlayment material.
*Installation of any transitional pieces.
*Re-tack existing carpet in doorways.
*Site cleanup and trash removal.
*1 year installation warranty.

 

Glue/Nail down Hardwood Installation Includes:

*Walk through to determine condition of subfloor.
*Moisture Detection test to determine humidity content.
*Furniture moving in areas to be installed (excluding electronics).
*Removal and haul away of existing baseboards/quarter round.
*Installation of Engineered/Solid Hardwood flooring material.
*Application of adhesive/nail material.
*Installation of any transitional pieces.
*Re-tack existing carpet in doorways.
*Site cleanup and trash removal.
*1 year installation warranty.

 

Tile Installation Includes:

*Walk through to determine condition of subfloor.
*Moisture Detection test to determine humidity content.
*Furniture moving in areas to be installed (excluding electronics).
*Removal and haul away of existing baseboards/quarter round.
*Installation of Tile Flooring Material.
*Application of adhesive material.
*Application of grout material.
*Re-tack existing carpet in doorways.
*Site cleanup and trash removal.
*1 year installation warranty.
